About Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah- a writer, coach and mindfulness teacher. At the heart of my practice is the ancient Mettā Meditation, the meditation of loving kindness, a serene meditation technique which cultivates heart coherence and the physiological and emotional benefits which follow. My work blends ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience and gentle practicality to help people live with more clarity, calm and connection.

I teach meditation and mindfulness as a real-life skill- something you can carry into conversations, challenges and quiet moments alike.
