About Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah. At the heart of my practice is the ancient Mettā Meditation, the meditation of loving kindness, a serene meditation technique which cultivates heart coherence and the physiological and emotional benefits which follow. Alongside the practice of mettā, I incorporate the traditions of Zen and Vipassana to assist with healing, bring balance and spark my students’ interest in the varied and rewarding practice of meditation and mindfulness.
