Ni Chen
Initially drawn to yoga as a source to develop strength and flexibility, Ni became hooked after her first Hatha class. She studied a variety of yoga styles, eventually decided to take the next step and graduated from The Yoga Sanctuary's teacher training program in 2012. She continues her studies seeking inspiration, on and off the mat, hoping to share with students all the possibilities that yoga has to offer. In class Ni seeks to cultivate strength of mind and body, as well as some adventurous practice, determination building, flexibility and peace of mind.
