About This Lesson
Currently enjoy this style of long held relaxed postures incorporated in three classes, the gentle classes on Tuesday morning and Wednesday evening plus Flow to Yin on Tuesday evening. Yin full surrender postures allow for stillness and quiet. Yin is restorative and quiet, sometimes with held supported poses with bolsters, blankets and other props. Tuesday evening flow class cools down with Yin postures before Savasana. Deep, quiet stretches offer new openings to body and the inner self and calm the nervous system.
