Join us for a weekend of yoga, myth and music where we will take celebrated
songs we know and love and use them to understand the teachings of yoga in a
way that's clear, relevant and fun for the heart and soul. Music, like yoga, is an
outer expression of our inner world. Sing and asana your heart out as we take you
on a musical journey of understanding that 'there is nothing that is not yoga!’
